About Fit Factory Brentwood
Fit Factory Brentwood started with a simple idea: real coaching, honest programming, and a community that keeps you coming back.
OUR STORY
TRAINING THAT ACTUALLY FITS YOUR LIFE.
Fit Factory Brentwood was founded by coaches who were tired of watching people get hurt, plateau, or quit because the programming around them was built for someone else. We build every plan around the person doing the work.
Today, we have built a huge local community in Brentwood across two locations. Home to a coaching team that knows every member by name, and a community that shows up for each other as much as for the workout. Choose between either gym or sign up and be part of both, the best of it all under one membership!
