SWEAT

High-energy cardio conditioning designed to push your endurance, torch calories, and build mental grit. Expect fast-paced circuits, explosive bodyweight @ DB moves, and a constant drive to keep moving. You’ll leave dripping, smiling, and stronger for it. Kickstart your week and burn off those extra calories from the weekend! 

CONDITION

A performance-focused session that blends functional training with strength endurance work. We target stamina, mobility, and muscular conditioning so you can move better, train harder, and recover faster.

LIFT

A pure strength training class dedicated to building muscle, improving technique, and increasing your power. We focus on big lifts, progressive overload, and structured sets to help you get stronger week after week.

CONDITIONING CLUB

Your all-in-one performance workout combining cardio, resistance training, and functional drills. Train alongside like-minded athletes in a team-driven environment that pushes you to your limits and beyond.

HYBRID

The perfect balance of strength and conditioning. This class blends heavy lifts with high-intensity cardio efforts to improve both power and endurance. Expect variety, challenge, and serious results.

HYROX

Race-specific training built to prepare you for HYROX events. We’ll replicate the workout zones, mix in running intervals, and fine-tune your technique so you’re ready to perform on competition day.

HYBRID ENGINE

A high-performance session designed to build your ‘engine’—the combination of power, speed, and endurance. You’ll hit strength work, sustained cardio, and functional conditioning to keep you going stronger for longer.

LIFT & CONDITION 

A full body strength training class dedicated to building muscle, improving technique, and increasing your power. We focus on big lifts, progressive overload, and structured sets to help you get stronger week after week. A great session if your looking for something a little slower paced and want to improve your overall strength with a small conditioning piece at the end to kickstart your Friday morning! This session will not include cardio equipment or conditioning equipment, it will mainly be DB's and Barbells.

SWEAT & CONDITION

A mix of our sweat & condition sessions in one! 

High-energy performance based conditioning designed to push your endurance, torch calories, and build mental grit. Expect fast-paced circuits, DB moves along with cardio machines added in for extra spice and a constant drive to keep moving. You’ll leave dripping, smiling, and stronger for it. A functional session that includes weights, cardio and high energy conditioning!
